Exceptions: We understand that life happens and emergency situations may arise. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to work with you.
A valid card on file is required to book an appointment.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show per our cancellation policy. We will never use your card without cause or permission.
We stand by our work.If your nails chip or break within 7 days, we’ll fix them for free — whether it’s your fault or ours. Things happen, and we’ve got you. Just reach out as soon as possible so we can get you in.
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all clients:
We do not offer acrylics for clients under 12, but younger guests can enjoy our Children’s Gel Manicure.We recommend waiting 4–6 months between appointments to avoid damaging or hurting their natural nails — healthy nails come first!

We do not offer regular polish here at Nail Legends. Nope, not sorry. We only work with gel — because it lasts longer, looks sharper, and is more durable. Your nails deserve the best.
While we take great care in providing the highest-quality products, allergic reactions and adverse reactions can happen. If you have a known allergy to gel, polish, or other nail products, please inform us ahead of time so we can proceed with caution or suggest alternatives.
We are not responsible for any reactions that occur during or after your appointment. If you experience any irritation or discomfort, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to address it.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
