About Our Program

At Nail Legends, we don’t just train nail techs—we mentor future artists, educators, and entrepreneurs. Our state-licensed apprenticeship program is an immersive, hands-on learning experience designed for those who want to skip the beauty school classroom and start their careers in a real salon.

You’ll work alongside licensed professionals in a creative, inclusive environment that prioritizes artistry, integrity, and care. We accept only two apprentices at a time to ensure individualized support, meaningful mentorship, and a clear path to licensure.

Program Schedule & Tuition Details

Hours Required: 375 hours
Weekly Schedule:

Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Duration: Approx. 13 weeks (30 hours/week)

Tuition: $4,000
Student Kit: $1,000
Total Investment: $5,000
(Payment plans available)

Apprentices are paid for services performed on real clients. Time spent in theory lessons or practice is unpaid, reflecting real-world salon models.

What You’ll Learn

Our program is structured to support well-rounded development—technically, professionally, and creatively.

Core Training Includes:

Natural nail prep, manicuring, and sanitation
Acrylic and gel application (including structure gel and soft gel extensions)
Dry pedicures
Advanced nail art techniques, including character design
Business basics: branding, client retention, and starting your own studio
Written & practical exam prep (including a provided state test kit)
Nail art final project to showcase your creative voice

You’ll gain daily experience with real clients, learn through structured theory lessons, and build confidence with regular skills assessments. By the end, you'll be more than ready for licensure—and your next chapter.
