Now Hiring: Licensed Nail Technician

- Location: West Jordan, UT
- Compensation: $15–$25/hour (based on experience and skill)
- Availability: Full-Time & Part-Time

Are you a licensed nail technician who loves working in a welcoming, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for team members who deliver exceptional nail care—from manicures and pedicures to gel, acrylic, and custom nail art. You'll work with clients from all backgrounds, creating bold, beautiful looks in a salon that values both skill and heart.

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nail care services tailored to each client

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workstation

• Stay current on trends, products, and techniques

• Build genuine connections with clients through excellent service

• Help maintain inventory and follow salon protocols

• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment

What We're Looking For:

At Nail Legends, we believe in nurturing growth, recognizing skill, and setting clear expectations for advancement. Our technician levels are designed to reflect a combination of experience, technical ability, and service quality. These tiers help guide our team’s development while ensuring clients consistently receive high-standard, personalized care. Each level is assessed by performance benchmarks, not just time served—allowing our artists to grow at their own pace and be celebrated for their progress.

Core Technician:

• 0–3 years of experience

• Proficient in at least 2 enhancement methods

• Can complete a specialty service in 1.5 hours

• Creates clean, smooth nail structure without flooding

• Demonstrates consistent and precise shaping

• Provides foundational retention of enhancements

Senior Technician:

• 3–6 years of experience

• Confident knowledge of nail technology

• Proficient in at least 3 enhancement methods

• Can complete a specialty service in 1 hour

• Produces clean, smooth nail structure without flooding

• Delivers refined and consistent shaping

• Achieves reliable, consistent retention of enhancements

Master Technician:

• 6+ years of experience

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of nail technology

• Skilled in at least 4 enhancement methods

• Can complete specialty services in under 1 hour without compromising quality

• Consistently delivers high-quality, durable results

• Achieves exceptional, long-lasting retention of enhancements
